Mr. Duda has served as Methode's Chief Executive Officer since May 2004 and Methode's President since 2001. Mr. Duda joined the Company in March 2000 and
served as its Vice President of Interconnect Products Group. Prior to his service at Methode, Mr. Duda held several positions with Amphenol Corporation, a manufacturer
of electronic connectors, most recently as General Manager of its Fiber Optic Products Division from 1988 through November 1998. |
