Mr. Harkleroad joined EasyLink as a director in June 2004 following EasyLink’s acquisition of Electronic Commerce Systems, Inc., of which Mr. Harkleroad was Chairman. Mr. Harkleroad is Founder and President of The Bristol Company, a diversified investment and management holding company formed in 1983, and is an officer and director of several of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Additionally, Mr. Harkleroad serves on the board of directors of Summit Bank Corporation and Lighting Science Group Corporation. Mr. Harkleroad is also a transactional lawyer and private investor with extensive management, investment and entrepreneurial experience.
