Donald M. Bastian has been a practicing attorney since 1989. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bastian was a certified public accountant. he is the owner of Mark Twain Area Title Insurance Company and Marion County Abstract, with offices in Hannibal and Palmyra, Missouri. Mr. Bastian is a member of the Missouri Bar, Treasurer of the Northeast Missouri Development, a member of the Hannibal LIONS Club, and a founding director of the Hannibal Community Foundation. |
