Professional Experience Donald has been a member of the accounting community for more than 27 years, working closely with a range of clients in construction, manufacturing and the wholesale trades.Education Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting - Rochester Institute of Technology - 1969 Professional and Community Affiliations Don is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Don is active in the community serving as a Board Member for St. Joseph’s Health System; and as a current Board Member, and committee member to the Executive, Finance, and Pension Oversight and Audit Committee of St. Joseph’s Hospital. He serves as a Board Member and Assistant Treasurer to the Southern Tier Economic Growth, Inc.; and as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member of the Five Rivers Council Boy Scouts. Additionally, he is a current Board Member and Treasurer for the Chemung County Industrial Development Agency, and a member of the Board of Directors for Bethany Village.
