Don’s practice is focused on promoting the interests of industrial energy consumers in various state and federal proceedings, and on assisting those clients in connection with their energy-related legal affairs. He joined Andrews Kurth after several years as an advisor to a Texas PUC Commissioner. Don has prior experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property law. He is a past-president of the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association.
