Prior To Maynard Cooper:
Mr. Winningham served as a summer clerk for the Honorable B. Waugh Crigler, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Virginia and served as a student clerk to the Honorable G. Steven Agee, Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Winningham has also served as a legislative intern for Representative Phillip Pinion, Chairman of the Transportation Committee Tennessee General Assembly. |
