Mr. Felice has over thirty five years of executive leadership and business development experience with significant expertise in the medical products industry. As Vice President for TTC, Mr. Felice was the Company’s designated agent for regulatory affairs in the United States. From 1991 to the present, Mr. Felice has served as a business and financial consultant and has been elected to the Board of Directors of various privately held companies. From 1971 through 1990, Mr. Felice worked in the medical products and pharmaceutical industries in sales and marketing capacities. From 1981 through 1990, Mr. Felice was employed by Tecnol Medical Products, Inc., a small privately held company that grew substantially over the nine year period and became a publicly traded company in 1991. Mr. Felice’s contributions were instrumental to the growth of Tecnol as recognized by the numerous sales and performance awards earned during his employment. Mr. Felice began his career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson & Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. |
