Donald F. Cole age 36 is the chief administrative officer and serves on the executive management committee of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE) a leading commercial lending investment and asset management business focused on the middle market. As of June 30 2007 CapitalSource managed an $20.1 billion portfolio of owned and managed assets.
Don joined CapitalSource in 2001 as a loan officer was promoted first to control systems operator in 2002 and then to director of operations in January 2003. Mr. Cole also served as chief information officer and chief operations officer until assuming his current responsibilities in 2007. Prior to joining CapitalSource Mr. Cole practiced law at Covington & Burling LLP from 2000-2001.
Don is a certified public accountant and received his undergraduate degree and his masters of business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia Law School. |
