Mr. Rhodes joined as a director of the Company and the Bank in connection with the July 1, 2007 completion of our acquisition of First Haralson Corporation. He had been employed with First National Bank of Georgia since 1999 as its Business Development Officer and served as its director since 1983. Beginning 1999, Mr. Rhodes served in the capacity of Chairman for First National Bank. Prior to joining First National Bank, Mr. Rhodes owned and operated City Lumber Company, Inc. from 1967 to 1998. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration. He is a member and past president of the Bremen Rotary Club and past Chairman and on the board of the Haralson County Development Authority. He has served on the Board of West Central Technical College. |
