Donald A. McCunniff is senior vice president Human Resources of Armstrong World Industries Inc. headquartered in Lancaster PA. Armstrong is a global leader in the design and innovation of floors ceilings and cabinets.
Mr. McCunniff is a member of Armstrong’s Office of the Chairman which works to manage change across lines of business and functional areas.
As senior vice president of Human Resources Mr. McCunniff provides strategic and functional leadership to the human resource initiatives worldwide.
Mr. McCunniff came to Armstrong from Honeywell International Inc. (formerly AlliedSignal Inc.) where he served in a variety of executive Human Resources positions including Vice President Human Resources Engine Systems & Services a $5B division of Honeywell. He joined Honeywell in 1995 and transitioned through various senior level Human Resources positions in Defense and Space Electronics Process Automation and Aircraft Landing Systems. Prior to Honeywell he worked in Human Resources for a division of the May Company in Topeka Kansas. He began his professional career as an Army officer where he served in a variety of line and staff positions.
A graduate of North Georgia College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science Mr. McCunniff received his master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. |
