Don Lorenz serves as executive vice president and managing director of Marcus & Millichap various subsidiaries, including Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He joined The Marcus & Millichap Company in 1997 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Lorenz’s role as CFO involves him in the activities of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, SummerHill Homes, Hanover Financial Company, Meridian Property Company and Pacific Property Company. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he was the CFO for Bedford Property Investors, a publicly traded REIT that owns office and industrial properties in the western United States. He is located in the firm's Palo Alto office. |
