Don has over 20 years of hands-on operations experience in the telecommunications industry. His background includes successfully managing revenue assurance and billing operations for the government and Fortune 500 customers. During his 15 year tenure at Sprint, Don was responsible for defining, implementing and managing operational solutions for the FTS2000 and FTS2001 contracts and for complex switched data services customers. His varied background includes experience in proposal management, Total Quality Management (TQM), receivables management, mediation and traffic management, A/R systems development and acquisition support management. Don received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. |
