Don Roussinos is the president of L-3 Henschel, located in Newburyport, Massachusetts. For over 85 years, Henschel has provided control, communication and navigation products and systems to navies worldwide. Mr. Roussinos has over 25 years of experience in the defense industry. He joined Henschel in 1991, holding positions of increasing responsibility within the company in engineering, program management and business development, leading to his current position as President and General Manager in 2000. Mr. Roussinos holds a Master of Management degree from Cambridge College and a Bachelors in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to joining L-3, Mr. Roussinos had distinguished careers with Textron (AVCO) and General Electric. He is a Director of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and for the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Governors Regional Competitive Council, American Society of Naval Engineers, National Defense Industrial Association and the American Ship Building Association. |
