Don O'Neill is Group President and Region Manager responsible for Stewart’s REI group of companies comprised of Stewart Lender Services, Inc. Landata Technologies, Inc., Stewart Geo Technologies, Inc. and Asset Preservation, Inc. Stewart Lender Services (SLS), is Stewart’s nationwide provider of mortgage origination and post closing services fulfilling the needs of residential lenders throughout the loan process. O’Neill’s other duties as REI Group President include supervision of Landata Technologies, a company offering electronic document conversion, indexing, recordation, e-recording, data warehousing and e-commerce to government entities and title companies. He is also responsible for Stewart Geo Technologies, a provider of GIS, mapping and aerial data services to engineering, architectural and government clients. O’Neill is also responsible for supervision of Asset Preservation Inc., Stewart’s qualified intermediary providing tax-deferred exchange services.
Prior to joining Stewart in 1999, O'Neill served in senior management roles with national banking and title insurance concerns, directing operations in Arizona, Nevada, Utah and California. He was previously engaged in the private practice of law, emphasizing real estate transactions and litigation, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation.
O'Neill has a B.A. degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University, and an MBA and J.D. from Gonzaga University. He is a graduate of the Executive Development Program, Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. O'Neill is a member of the state bar associations of Washington and Utah, and the federal bar associations of Washington, Utah, Arizona and Montana. He also is licensed to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court - Washington, D.C. |
