Don is responsible for overall business operations and product development. Don has over 15 years of experience in building technology and start up companies and their subsequent sale. Prior to BDMetrics Don was an executive at Hyprotech Ltd. where he led the launch and market strategy for a number of modeling and simulation technologies before the company’s sale to AEA Technology in 1997. After the sale, Don was appointed to the Board of Directors of AEA Technology Engineering Software, and led the marketing and integration of Hyprotech products into the $1 billion AEA Technology organization. Don has deep experience in product marketing, business process design, and is an invited coach of sales process redesign to numerous technology companies. Don holds a BS degree in Engineering from Penn State, a Masters Degree in Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of Delaware, and is a John Wiley & Sons published author of a university-level textbook on systems modeling and simulation. |
