Don brings over 25-years experience in helping grow companies. He started his career as Co-Founder and COO of International Materials, a technology- based specialty chemicals start-up. Next, Don joined Arthur D. Little to pursue a strategy-consulting career, and then became Senior Director of Strategy/M&A at Crown Zellerbach Corp (Fortune 200). As President of Liberty Venture Group, a management advisory firm he founded, he engaged as interim COO for five companies. He was also General Partner of Liberty Environmental Partners, a venture capital fund he started, where he initiated and negotiated 12 private equity investments, three of which have gone public. Most recently Don served as Chair of a Global Industry Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has served on the Board of Directors for numerous companies. Don received a BS from the University of Maine, and an MBA from the University of Colorado. |
