Mr. Flynn comes to NCA with over 22 years of experience in bringing advanced and emerging technologies, products, and services to the market place. Mr. Flynn most recently served as Terabeam Networks Vice President of Technology Development and Architecture where he developed and led an engineering team that delivered the world’s first Ethernet over MPLS free space optics service provider environment. The solution won the Superquest award (Supercom 2002) for best Built Network. Prior to Terabeam, Mr. Flynn created and directed a service provider solutions group for Newbridge Networks, where he was responsible for introducing emerging IP technologies targeting the service provider market. Prior to Newbridge, Mr. Flynn worked for Alan Crawford Associates, a premier Canadian system integration firm, where he provided leadership technology consulting for a number of large nation wide financial institutions. Customers included Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Bank of Montreal, Nesbitt Thomson, Burns Fry, among others. Mr. Flynn plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction and provides executive level leadership in delivering new services and technologies successfully to NCA’s customer base. |
