With over two decades of senior executive experience within Internet infrastructure, telecommunications and web technology companies, Don joined Raindance as CEO in January of 2004. Don previously served on Raindance's board of directors. Prior to accepting the president and CEO role at Raindance, Don served as chairman and CEO of OneSecure, Inc., an innovative provider of network security products that was acquired by NetScreen Technologies in 2002. Before joining OneSecure, Don served as president of GlobalCenter, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Crossing that provided complex web hosting and content distribution services to major Internet portals including Yahoo, Google and Microsoft. Under Don's leadership, revenues at GlobalCenter grew from $28 million to over $200 million in 24 months. Don formerly served as president of Frontier Communications' Enhanced Services Group, president of ConferTech International and president of LinkUSA Corporation. Early in his career, Don founded and served as president of Schneider Communications. Don is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, with a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Physics. |
