Dominic J. Majendie, Vice President, EMEA for CPTC was originally trained in law in Geneva, Switzerland and has spent twelve years working with high growth technology and telecommunications companies in Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has held a variety of positions including Chairman of the Board, Managing Director, Legal Counsel and Financial Director. In particular he has been responsible for managing the corporate and tax structuring, contractual relations, business planning, marketing and sales as well as the HR and corporate controls and governance issues inherent in fast growing international businesses. He has broad experience in the commercialization of new technology in materials science, IT and programming; telecommunications; mining; construction and land development. He speaks four languages and is married with two children. |
