Dolly Oberoi, CEO Ms. Dolly Oberoi has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth, and in positioning it as the fastest-growing company in the Washington, DC area, as well as in establishing what many industry analysts recognize as the leading provider of enterprise-wide solutions in the Government and corporate markets. Ms. Oberoi is responsible for creating and implementing C²’s initial vision, a vision born of her research conducted at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is also responsible for the company’s overall business strategy, and spends her time in business development, client relations, strategic partnerships, and spearheading funding initiatives. Ms. Oberoi serves on several academic and corporate boards. She is frequently quoted in newspapers and magazines, and is also featured on major television networks. She is the recipient of several international awards, including the Women Who Mean Business award, presented by the Washington Business Journal. Under Ms. Oberoi’s leadership, the company won Govcon’s prestigious Contractor of the Year finalist award in 2005.
