Dohanie Sepulveda specializes in the review of Spanish-language consumer credit documents and websites, and the marketing of consumer financial products in a cross-cultural context. She has extensive experience with marketing programs, and contract preparation, negotiation and review in the technology, medical supplies and distribution industries. Ms. Sepulveda also has valuable management and supervisory experience, having served as general counsel of a distribution company with overseas markets in Italy, Japan and Spain. Professional Activities Ms. Sepulveda is a member of the Puerto Rico bar. Her community service activities include membership on the Executive Committee for Cultural Activity for the Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola School in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is Alumnae Admissions Representative for Wellesley College (Wellesley, MA) in Puerto Rico. Professional Experience Prior to joining Buckley Kolar, Ms. Sepulveda was Vice President, Alliance Systems, Inc. (San Juan) and previously, in-house counsel for Borschow Hospital and Medical Supplies, Inc. (San Juan). She has also served as Vice President and General Counsel of TANCO/Casa Elmendorf (San Juan) and as Senior Associate, Corporate Litigation, at McConnell Valdes Kelly Sifre Griggs & Ruiz-Suria, Puerto Rico's largest law firm. |
