Diwan Arun Nanda has been a director of the Company since its incorporation in 1996. Mr. Nanda is also a Director of Rediffusion Dentsu, Young & Rubicam Private Ltd., Wunderman India Private Limited, Rediffusion Dentsu, Young & Rubicam Pvt. Ltd. Srilanka, Everest Brand Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, Eveready Industries India Ltd, Kingfisher Airlines Limited and Mastek Limited. Mr. Nanda is also a director of several other Indian companies.
