Dirk Wakeham President, LeasingDesk Point of Lease Systems. As the president of LeasingDesk, Dirk Wakeham leads RealPage’s point-of-lease initiatives, including the resident screening, risk mitigation, and eSignature products. Prior to founding LeasingDesk, he served as senior vice president of ancillary services for Western National Group in Irvine, Calif. He held various positions throughout his tenure at Western National, including vice president of Resident Group Services, where he developed and managed resident screening, renter’s insurance, and corporate housing for several companies. Dirk also founded 3Plus, a Western National-owned company that focused on the development of supplementary resident services for the company’s property portfolio and third-party clients. Dirk is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of ancillary tenant services in MDUs and the founding member of the MDU Consortium advisory council. |
