Dimple Sidhpura graduated in 1998 with a degree in Business, Finance & Management with Leisure & Tourism in the U.K. After graduating, Dimple started her career in store retail ten years ago, whereby she worked her way up from a sales assistant, and within two years was managing a store, for a large Health & Beauty chain. She achieved store sales that resulted in a huge bonus for all staff in the store. The results materialized from her strong belief in Customer Care. She would often ask customers their opinions of the store, and implement their feedback. In 2000, Dimple took on the role of Finance & Administration Manager, and was involved in reconciling approximately $15 million a year. Working in Accounts then became a great passion and a huge motivation. She implemented brand new systems which were thorough and organized and ready for any auditor! In 2003, Dimple moved onto specializing as a Finance & Overpayments Manager, for a Housing Association, which managed over 5,000 tenants. Whilst there, she created a whole new system for administering overpayments and saved the association $2 million within the first year and $3 million in the second year. The new procedures became so successful that other boroughs had asked her for advice and materials on implementing the Overpayments system. Her success continued as she sourced other vendors that would be compatible in pricing for lease equipment. She later overlooked the I.T department and conducted training for using new software. In 2006, Dimple made a move to the U.S. and worked at the corporate headquarters of Mail Boxes Etc., a UPS Company, in San Diego. She was in the International Department, and worked with almost 5000 International Franchisees. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and gained more experience of Operations worldwide. Dimple is very excited to be a part of the Submarina management team. This opportunity feels like a great blessing. The pace seems to be increasing day by day. The whole new team is great to work with; and a huge mesh of knowledge. Jeff and Mimi s down to earth, positive personality makes a great difference in the ambience of the whole business I haven t come across any leaders that really do care for their people.
