Dick Garbe is president and founder of InnTech LLC, a multi-functional management and financial consulting practice. Prior to developing his own practice, Dick performed a variety of corporate and consulting roles, including: Grant Thornton - Partner; Andersen Consulting - Senior Manager; Daugherty Systems - Principal, Dir. of Consulting Operations; Interim Technology Corp. - General Manager, Systems Engineering Group; Deluxe Data Corp - Director of Customer Relations.
While at Interim, Dick developed new pricing mechanisms resulting in increased sales and higher margins, radically shortening industry standards for estimating post-press system costs. His efforts led to an 85% market share of their main product. Using value chain analyses and customer feedback, Dick set strategy to expand that market and develop new ones. He identified new markets to expand sales growth, and lead the efforts to sell the first customer in this new market. |
