Diane specializes in workers' compensation. She is a native of Nebraska, growing up in Waverly. She started her career with the Knudsen Law Firm in 1984. She earned an Associates Degree in applied science from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, and has developed excellent computer skills, which she puts to use on a daily basis.
Diane is well-versed in all aspects of litigation from discovery through preparation of exhibits for trial. She is experienced in dealing with the rules and regulations governing practice under the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act from the filing of required forms and notices through the preparation of lump sum settlement documents for court approval.
Diane continues to educate herself by attending various seminars concerning practice under the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act.
Diane currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and enjoys spending time with her family, playing card games, and reading.
