Ms. Lapp joined Navarre Corporation in October 2003 and has been Vice President of Finance since May 2005. Prior to joining Navarre, Ms. Lapp was the Corporate Controller for Crystal Farms, a division of Michael Foods, from 1999 to 2003. While at Michael Foods, Ms. Lapp's responsibilities included the organization and development of an 11 member accounting department, oversight of various out-of-state divisions, the development of quarterly and year-end financial and tax reporting reports, strategic planning, operations forecasting and interfacing with auditors. Ms. Lapp also has 12 years of public accounting experience where she provided audit, tax, and consulting services to a diversified list of clients. |
