Diane Cowin joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in 2001 and currently serves as the Environmental Division Manager. Diane leads the planning and environmental staff in the completion of projects for diverse clients such as Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Frito-Lay, TxDOT and TXU as well as a variety of federal, state and local clients and municipalities. Projects range from environmental site assessments to commissioning of transmission lines to general planning services for DART.Diane received her Bachelor of Arts in Geography (GIS/Environmental Resource Management) from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an active member in the American Planning Association, serves as a board member for the Friends of the Old Trinity Trail and the Women's Transportation Seminar. |
