Diane divides her work almost evenly between criminal defense and civil litigation, including complex commercial, constitutional, employment and appellate matters. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame's undergraduate and law schools, she clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Tampa, Florida before joining the firm. When not representing clients before state and federal courts or cheering on the Irish, Diane enjoys competing on the ultimate frisbee playing fields.
