Ms. McGarry has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since October of 1999. Her current term expires in 2007. She is a member of the Audit Committee.
In January 2005, Ms. McGarry retired from her position as Chief Marketing Officer, Xerox Corporation, in Stamford, Connecticut (a manufacturer of copiers and electronic office equipment), a position she held since October 2001.
