Ms. Miller is President of Wilcox Miller & Nelson and specializes in executive and board searches. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller served as Vice President of Portfolio Management for a San Francisco real estate company with a $1B nationwide portfolio. Ms. Miller serves on the boards of Umpqua Holdings (an $8B NASDAQ-traded financial services company), the California Chamber of Commerce, the Northern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is a Regent at the University of the Pacific. Ms. Miller has been certified as a public company director through the Director Certification Program at UCLA and holds a current Certificate of Director Education from NACD. Ms. Miller has received honors which include Sacramento Businesswoman of the Year, Women Who Mean Business Award and has been listed in Who’s Who of America since 2001.
