Ms. Durbin has over 25 years of human relations, education, training, operating and management experience in the private and public domain. Her expertise includes positions in counseling, facilitation, education, operations and management. She has held a variety of leadership and management positions focused on formulation of creative process innovation and strategic planning. She also has extensive experience in developing enhanced and responsive personnel and administration systems. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of EOIR Technologies for administrative services. Ms. Durbin received a BS in Education from West Virginia University and also holds a MS in Counseling and Human Relations from Penn State University as well as a MS in Administration from Tarleton State University |
