Diana McGregor Fulkerson, senior consultant for Noel-Levitz, consults with campuses in the United States and Canada. She assists with retention planning and implementation of effective programs to improve retention.
Ms. McGregor Fulkerson’s areas of specialization include retention, first-year experience programming, academic advising, career development, and strategic institutional planning.
Previous campus experience Previously, Ms. McGregor Fulkerson was director of academic advising at Eastern Kentucky University, where she coordinated and administered comprehensive academic advising programs for the University’s three campuses. Ms. McGregor Fulkerson has also served as director of retention and student success at Millsaps College (MS), where her efforts increased the school’s overall retention rate to 92 percent. Freshman-to-sophomore retention rates rose to 85 percent, and fall-to-spring rates climbed to 96 percent.
Associations and education:
A former first-year experience instructor, Ms. McGregor Fulkerson is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). Ms. McGregor Fulkerson holds an M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina. |
