Diana Einterz Leonard is Senior Vice President of International Operations for Orange Business Services, the enterprise arm of the France Telecom Group. She leads an organization of over 2100 professionals delivering world-class installation and maintenance services to multinational corporations in over 150 countries. Prior to this assignment, she was responsible for the Field Services organization in Equant (the predecessor to OBS). Prior to this Ms. Leonard was the SVP of the Customer Service Delivery organization within Equant. Ms. Leonard has been with OBS/Equant since July, 2000.
Prior to this, Ms. Leonard was with AT&T for 20 years, serving in various positions including responsibilities for maintenance and provisioning of AT&T’s international network and also the provisioning of AT&T’s domestic high speed network.
Ms. Leonard attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada and currently resides in Georgia. |
