Devlin joined ICR in 2005 and specializes in SPACS and industrials.With over 10 years of Wall Street experience, Devlin most recently served as a sell-side equity analyst at Morgan Joseph & Co. covering a diverse range of industries including business services and industrials. Prior to that, she was a sell-side equity analyst at CSFB, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and UBS covering business services, electronics manufacturing services and internet services. While at UBS and DLJ, Devlin participated as a lead or co-manager on numerous investment banking transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Devlin began her career at Kohlberg and Company where she researched industries and companies for potential consolidation and stand-alone investment opportunities. She graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science. |
