Mr. Tam joined Inserso in January 2000 to improve the company's development practice and overall structural organization. As Vice President, he has been responsible for developing and enhancing the company's processes for software development, project management, and employee review and evaluation. Mr. Tam currently manages all of Inserso's development practice and day-to-day operations, while heading projects for key clients and providing technical support for sales. Prior to joining Inserso, Mr. Tam worked as a software engineer for Lockheed Martin on a classified CMM Level 4 satellite command and control system. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia. |
