Mr. Mattson joined FBR in 2004 and currently leads the Mergers & Acquisitions team in FBR's Technology, Media & Telecommunications group. In this capacity, Mr. Mattson provides advisory services to FBR's clients in all sectors of TMT including software, IT services, internet, media, communication services, and equipment and semiconductors.
Prior to joining FBR, Mr. Mattson was an M&A specialist in SG Cowen's technology group where he provided a broad array of advisory services for clients across all sectors within SG Cowen's technology practice. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Mattson served as an associate director for strategy development for Allianz AG in Munich Germany.
Mr. Mattson graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Finance and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. |
