Densel received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Marshall University in 1972 and was licensed to practice public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant by the State Board of Accountancy in 1975. He is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. PRACTICE EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATIONS Densel has been employed as an accounting professional for 35 years. He is a tax specialist emphasizing in high net worth individuals including income and estate issues. In addition, Densel spends considerable time with other areas of taxation such as employee benefits, trust and estate taxation, and corporate taxation. He has served as managing partner, headed up the firms Taxation Industry Support Group, the Estate Planning Support Group. Densel has lectured at many seminars on various tax issues over the years. PERSONAL DATA Densel currently is a member of Palm Beach Executives Club, Lynn University Board of Overseers, Boca Raton Community Hospital Professional Advisors Board, Executive Committee for 1st United Bank, an Elder at Spanish River Church and is involved with various other community charitable organizations. Densel was born and raised in West Virginia and has been a resident of Boca Raton since 1972. He is married to Sharon and has three children, Ryan, Erin and Christine. |
