Denny Rodriguez joined PRMS in 1999. In addition to his experience in managing behavioral healthcare malpractice claims and providing risk management advice, Mr. Rodriguez also worked in Obstetrical and Gynecological malpractice litigation as well as Tort Law, Housing Law, Employment Law, and Consumer Law. He provided consultation services to various companies on the development and implementation of alcohol and drug testing programs, and conducted training seminars on the Omnibus Alcohol and Drug Testing Act for Alcohol Breath Testing Technicians and Trainers. Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed adjuster and a member of the American Bar Association Litigation Section and Section of Science and Technology; Maryland State Bar Association, Health Law Section; and Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
