Mr. Denny Lee has served as our director since September 2006. Mr. Lee was a Director and Chief Financial Officer of NetEase one of China's leading Internet and online game services providers. Prior to joining NetEase Mr. Lee worked in the Hong Kong office of KPMG for more than ten years specializing in auditing international clients. During his employment with KPMG he also worked with a number of Chinese companies on their initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange conducted due diligence work for potential foreign investments in Chinese companies.
Mr. Lee graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and majored in accounting. Mr. Lee is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. |
