Mr. Weibling is currently the Managing Director of Rally Capital LLC, a venture capital firm. He previously served as President of Eagle River, Inc. from October 1993 through December 2001 and Vice Chairman of Eagle River Investments from January 2002 through November 2003. He also served as a Director of Nextel from July 1995 until April 1, 2004 and as a member of the operations, audit, finance and compensation committees during that period. Mr. Weibling currently serves as a board member of Nextel Partners and chairs the audit committee as well as on the boards of several private companies. He is an Executor for the estate of Keith W. McCaw and trustee of several related trusts. Mr. Weibling also serves on various non-profit boards including Seattle Pacific University, Bellevue Christian School and the Institute for Business Technology and Ethics.
