As President, E*TRADE Capital Markets, Dennis Webb is responsible for all businesses serving the global institutional customer, including global equity execution services, market making, and balance sheet management for E*TRADE Bank.
Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Webb served as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets - Banking. In this capacity, Mr. Webb led the growth in the institutional aspects of E*TRADE Bank. Mr. Webb has also served E*TRADE FINANCIAL in the roles of Asset Liability Manager, Head of Whole Loan Secondary Markets and President of E*TRADE Global Asset Management (ETGAM).
Mr. Webb has nearly 20 years experience in banking, portfolio, and capital markets management. Prior to joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in 2000, he was the Senior Vice President of Asset/Liability Management of Allfirst Bank, an $18 billion subsidiary of Allied Irish Bank.
Mr. Webb is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an MBA-Finance degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. |
