Dennis Simon is a Founder and the Managing Principal of XRoads Solutions Group. He also leads the firm s Corporate Rescue practice, which focuses on distressed and under-valued companies and their constituents. Originally founded as a turnaround and restructuring company, XRoads Solutions Group today offers a range of professional services designed to enhance the value of both distressed and healthy companies. Dennis is an acclaimed turnaround professional, and has held senior positions as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in several major and mid-market companies. He has worked in a wide range of industries, from consumer products through food and healthcare, to retail and transportation. Before founding XRoads Solutions Group, Dennis headed the western region turnaround practice for Price Waterhouse. He has served on the National Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association. Dennis earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard. |
