Mr. Schmitt has been with the Company for over three years and Senior Vice President, Finance since April 2005, having previously served as the Company's Controller. Mr. Schmitt serves in a similar capacity for ICO North America and is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of each company. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Assistant Controller for drugstore.com from January 2001 to July 2002, managing the SEC reporting group and all the company's daily accounting responsibilities. His background also includes expertise in the wireless industry acquired through his time spent at Nextel International where he was responsible for the accounting of its global subsidiaries and Western Wireless where he was a member of the SEC reporting group. Mr. Schmitt holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Fort Hays State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
