Dennis Reed is responsible for the firm's Southeast Region and is headquartered in The Plasencia Group's Tampa office.

Mr. Reed joined The Plasencia Group after more than twelve years with Grubb & Ellis Company as a Senior Hospitality Associate. While at Grubb & Ellis, he was recognized as Investment Salesman of the Year and was consistently a top producer.

He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of numerous hotel and resort assets throughout the United States, serving mainly as selling agent on behalf of institutional and individual investors.

Mr. Reed has sold nearly $2 billion in investment-grade assets to clients that include Marriott International, MetLife, Lend Lease, Prudential, Meristar Hotels and Resorts and John Hancock.

Mr. Reed has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University.
