Dr. Dennis Rader, Licensing Manager, is the founder and principal of Rader Technology Licensing (RTL). RTL is a consulting firm that specializes in technology licensing, strategies for managing intellectual property, technology valuation, management of technology transfer, and negotiation of license and other technology-based agreements. Dr. Rader has over thirty years of experience and holds degrees from Cooper Union (B.C.E.) and Brown University (Sc.M. and Ph.D.). He has held management or senior management positions at Mobil Oil Corporation, Teleco, and NL Industries and a senior research position at Schlumberger. He was also Professor of Engineering and Applied Science at Yale University from 1967 to 1973, and later, as Adjunct Professor, he taught at Yale in the School of Engineering and the School of Management from 1989 to 1996. His clients have included Mobil Oil Corporation, Exxon Mobil Corporation, Ensign Bickford, Raymond Engineering, and United Technologies.
