Dennis joined OMS in 2006 and is Chief Information Officer (CIO). In his role as CIO, Dennis is responsible for the implementation of OMS’ client projects and all aspects of their ongoing operation. His responsibilities include meeting the reporting and data transfer requirements of our clients, developing MIS technology that tracks and measures performance trends, consolidating network infrastructure, and integrating multiple systems.
Dennis has over 19 years experience in the credit and collection industry. He has held management positions in both Operations and Information Technology at Bank of America; where he was responsible for the systems development efforts for various credit, collections, and recovery platforms. Most recently, Dennis managed IT services for Asset Management Outsourcing.
Dennis has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). |
