Mr. Gunn's business background includes more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, CEO, investment banker, management consultant and turnaround specialist. Mr. Gunn was original founder Consultant Elite, LTD which later became the Investment Banking Company; Raging Bull Capital, Inc. Dennis was Chairman of the Board for both Crusader Oil International and Black Biscuit. He was President of the publicly traded company; Riverside Homes, Inc. Mr. Gunn has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, private and public corporate development, growth financing, joint ventures, investor and broker relations, executive management, project management, strategic planning, market development, organizational consulting, and investment banking. Mr. Gunn focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions. He advises and assists clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, and capital formation. He also assists clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing finance transactions, including private equity, angel and venture capital, public transactions and debt financing. Mr. Gunn serves as the primary principal for the securities related transactions with Xnergy and its clients. Dennis Gunn has a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. He has done graduate work at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Dennis Gunn was a founding member of the Tau Mu Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity. Dennis is a research diver for the Catalina Conservancy Divers. He holds various active securities licenses including Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 and (CRD: 2245139). Dennis Gunn is a licensed Real Estate Broker (Finest Financial Realty). He also serves as an associate member to the Western Regional Corporate Finance Focus Group for NASDAQ and the American Stock Exchange. Dennis has been listed in the Who s Who in Finance since 1984.
