From humble beginnings as a service technician with AT&T, Connick's superior leadership abilities and commitment to building genuine, helpful relationships with customers propelled him into numerous leadership positions. Customer service should be about genuine respect and relationship-building, says Connick, not about trying to sell somebody something. One of CUSA's greatest strengths is that we genuinely care about all of our customers, and we are absolutely committed to helping them grow their businesses. We want them to feel comfortable calling us in the middle of the night if there's an emergency situation requiring our assistance.
