Mr. Doll a Certified Public Accountant joined the Company in November 2004 as Executive Vice President. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and became a Director of Middlesex effective January 1 2006. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Doll was employed by Elizabethtown Water Company since 1985 serving most recently as a member of the senior leadership team of the Northeast Region of American Water which was comprised of Elizabethtown Water Company New Jersey-American Water Company and Long Island Water Corporation and included other regulated and non-regulated subsidiaries. Mr. Doll serves as Director and Chairman of Tidewater Utilities Inc. (TUI) Tidewater Environmental Services Inc.; White Marsh Environmental Systems Inc. Pinelands Water Company and Pinelands Wastewater Company; Utility Service Affiliates Inc. and Utility Service Affiliates (Perth Amboy) Inc. He became a director of the New Jersey Utilities Association and the National Association of Water Companies effective January 1 2006. |
